Grill Famed Argentine Styled Steaks this Summer with Mesa Fresca

  • Salt
  • Mesa Fresca Chimichurri
  • Skirt Steak (option to substitute for preferred cut of beef, Argentine‚Äôs also use flank steak)


One dish, two ways to enjoy: use Mesa Fresca Chimichurri as a marinade or a dipping sauce:


As a Marinade:

  1. Generously cover full steak with Mesa Fresca Chimichurri (at least for 30 minutes, the longer it sits the more tender it will be)
  2. Cook meat to desired finish (rare, medium, medium well, well-done)


As a Sauce:

  1. Salt steak to taste
  2. Cook steak to desired finished (rare, medium, well-done)
  3. Serve steak on plate and use chimichurri on the side as a dipping sauce



  • Fire up the grill
